Scenes from this year’s Haute Route Alps, which saw 500 amateur riders begin their journey starting at Nice’s fabled Promenade des Anglais to the heart of Geneva’s Jardin Anglais on the shores of Lake Geneva.
Along the way, riders tackled such challenging climbs as both sides of the venerable Col du Glibber, Col de la Bonette, Lacets de Montvernier, Col du Tra and the Col de l’izzard, with summit finishes atop the Col de Madeleine and the prestigious alpine towns of Courchevel and Megève.
