M&M’s Become Official Sponsor of the Tour de France

Mars has announced that its famous M&M’S brand will be the official supplier of the Tour de France and the Tour de France Femmes with Zwift for the next three years.

“By partnering with one of the most iconic and unifying events in French sport, M&M’S is reaffirming its connection to French industrial and cultural history. For 50 years, our famous colored sweets produced in Haguenau, Alsace, have won the hearts of the French people and become a permanent part of their daily lives. Today, France’s second-largest chocolate confectionery brand is purchased by one-third of French households. Day after day, the 750 employees at Mars Wrigley’s Alsace factory put all their passion and expertise into manufacturing and promoting the 72,000 pounds of M&M’S produced each year in France and Europe,” says Mars.

“We are very pleased and excited to announce this partnership today between an iconic event and brand in France. Through this multi-year partnership with the Tour de France and the Tour de France Femmes with Zwift, we are reaffirming our commitment to the values of fun, sharing and community, which make M&M’S much more than just a sweet treat: a symbol of pleasure and joy that is part of everyday life in France” said Victoria Abramova, Chief Executive Officer of Mars Wrigley France.

“We are delighted to enter into this partnership with M&M’S®, one of France’s favorite sweets. This is an adventure with a brand that perfectly embodies the values of conviviality and community spirit that define the Tour de France and the Tour de France Femmes with Zwift. The whole family will be in for a treat when the caravan passes by!” adds Christian Prudhomme, Tour de France Director.
