Plan 78 created this interesting photo essay, No Pain No Gain, which illustrates the brutal effects of riding the “cobbles” has on riders in the aftermath of something like the Paris-Roubaix Classic.
Here, the project highlights the before and after effects incurred by the BMC Racing Team, as they faced this year’s Tour de France stage in Cambrai.
