Schwalbe has expanded its G-One R range of tires to include the new gravel-specific G-One RX Pro, featuring a tightly packed boomerang tread pattern that ensures low rolling resistance and optimal grip along the most challenging terrain and steepest of climbs.
Additionally, the new tubeless-ready tire is treated to Schwalbe’s Addix rubber formula, albeit with more sustainable, fair trade natural rubber this time around, resulting in a claimed 10% decrease in rolling resistance, while maintaining the same level of durability and weight.
Elsewhere, Schwalbe’s 3-layer sidewall casing, 2-layer under casing and a slightly wider V-Guard anti-puncture belt under the tread are carried over to the G-One RX Pro as well.
The G-One RX Pro is available in sizes 40, 45 and 50mm for $83.00.
For those looking for a smaller width, or a less aggressive tread pattern, think cyclocross, Schwalbe also offers two other variants, the R Pro and the RS Pro in 35mm.
