Designed specifically for sportive or Gran Fondo riding, Selle SMP’s new Drakon is aimed at cyclists who are looking for a saddle that offers additional width and padding over the Italian’ brand’s other models.
Based on their Forma saddle, the Drakon features a wider platform combined with more elastomer padding throughout as a means of increasing comfort in the area of the sit bones and buttocks, along with SMP’s signature open central channel and specially shaped front nose and raised rear for unsurpassed support.
The construction of the Drakon is comprised of either genuine leather cover for black, or microfiber for colored models, as well as choice between a carbon fiber or stainless steel frame.
Additionally, the Drakon is available in both a male and female specific models, with an MRSP of $260.
