Swiss Side Shows-Off New Gravel Wheelsets with an Emphasis on Aerodynamics and Best Choice of Tires

Swiss Side is showing-off its latest gravel wheelsets called the GRAVON 420 and the GRAVON 250, boasting greater aerodynamic efficiency through improved design, as well as the optimal choice of tires to match.

“As with all things Swiss Side, aerodynamic performance has been central in the development, not only with the rims, but also considering tires. With performance gravel riding and racing growing in popularity, Swiss Side shows that there is a significant performance advantage to be gained with the right setup and publishes all the data in their traditional fully transparent manner,” says the brand.

“Customers can now make their own informed decision when choosing their gravel wheel setup,” adds Jean-Paul Ballard, CEO of Swiss Side.

“The new GRAVON aero wheels have been thoroughly tested in the wind tunnel and of course on the road with a variety of different tires and all the data is published on the Swiss Side website.”

The GRAVON 420 features a full-carbon construction with a 42mm rim depth, along with a 24mm inner width that allows for tires as wide as 69mm, resulting in minimal rolling and roll-over resistance while effectively cheating the wind.
