After nigh on to a decade in service, Wahoo has revamped its KICKR desk with an all-new version called the v2, adding new functions while also lowering the price from $300 to $200.
According to Wahoo, all of the adjustability of the original KICKR desk carries over, while the v2 is treated to a couple of anti-slip cut-outs that are designed to keep water bottles in place, along with a foursome of caster wheels to bolster stability and offer ease of movement, as well as an add-on tablet holder.
Wahoo has also added fold-away hooks on both sides of the desk so users to hang-up their wheel(s) when riding a “fixed” trainer.
The KICKR v2 is available through authorized dealers, or directly from Wahoo. However, the availability of the optional tablet holder has yet to be announced.
