Wahoo’s new TRACKR Heart Rate monitor is now rechargeable, ditching coin batteries in favor of a high-capacity battery that can provide over 100 hours of active battery under most conditions. In addition to saying goodbye to batteries, Wahoo has developed a new chest strap with a side closure for enhanced comfort, along with a waterproof IPX7 rating so it won’t give up in the wet.
Additionally, the TRACKR Heart Rate also supports both BLE and ANT+ protocols so it can sync with virtually any bike computer or smartwatch without issue, as well as Zwift, STRAVA, Adidas Running, Nike Run Club, Peloton and Wahoo’s ecosystem of apps and training products.
“We are thrilled to launch the TRACKR Heart Rate monitor. Our goal was to create a device that athletes can rely on for accurate data, unmatched comfort, and seamless integration with their training ecosystems. TRACKR Heart Rate is designed to meet the needs of the most demanding athletes, providing them with the tools to optimize their training and achieve their performance goals.” says Gareth Joyce, CEO of Wahoo.
The Wahoo TRACKR Heart Rate monitor sells for $89.99, which is available at Wahoo.com
