Zips announced today, the expansion of its SL lineup, which now includes the newly designed SL Speed Stem and SL Speed Seatpost.
SL Speed Stem
Zipp set a new standard of performance and style in 2013 with the introduction of the carbon SL Sprint stem. In response to the demand to expand their offerings, to include a light weight ±6° carbon stem, Zipp has launched the new SL Speed Stem.
Designed using SRAM Exogram™ technology, found in SRAM RED cranks, the new SL Speed Stem weighs just 123g (100mm), while exceeding previous strength-to-weight standards.
SL Speed Seatpost
Zipp’s SL Speed Seatpost has always been a favorite of road and cyclocross riders because of its light weight and dependability.
The new SL Speed offers the same range of adjustment as its predecessor, but at a lighter weight.
Once again, Zipp’s engineers have used SRAM’s Exogram technology to make the tube as lightweight as possible and optimized their clamping system for precise adjustability, security, and ease of use.
In addition, the SL Speed is available in a 400mm length to accommodate road bikes with compact frame geometry.
