Zwift has introduced the latest addition to its virtual cycling platform called Zwift Camp: Baseline, a new program that features six stages with three workouts and three individual tests.
The tests make use of Zwift’s free ride segments to capture personalized data. From there, the data is used to assess the rider’s physical capabilities, rendering a Rider Strength Report once all six stages have been completed that will reveal the rider’s top strength and limiter, as well as provide custom recommendations that can allow them to train smarter in 2025. Also, the Zwift Camp: Baseline is best taken on in sequence and each stage can be completed either on demand or in an event. These events run on the hour, every hour throughout the course of the program.
Along the way, riders will also unlock three exclusive Zwift Camp: Baseline rewards, including the virtual Baseline Kit, Oakley Kato Sunglasses, and Zwift Baseline Wheels.
Registration for Zwift Camp: Baseline opens today, Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
Each Zwift Camp: Baseline workout can be completed in less than an hour but lite versions of each workout are also offered for more time-crunched riders. The program runs as follows:
