Tim Johnson took the win over Jeremy Powers yesterday – in the final race of this year’s Jingle Rock Cyclocross series.
Johnson soloed to victory with a 54-second advantage over Powers, while Ben Berden followed up three seconds behind to take third place.
“It was definitely my kind of course,” said Johnson. “I like when it’s hard even when you are not pedaling. Yesterday was tough to get going, but I felt like I had everything I needed today.”

In the women’s race, Katerina Nash once again swept the field – scoring a hat trick at this year’s event.
Nash finished nearly half a minute ahead of Elle Anderson, with Amanda Miller finishing in third – a further 19 seconds behind.
“It’s a hard weekend, but today I felt great and had a really clean run,” said Nash. “You never know, the last day you’re like, ‘I have two races in me, and I’m getting a little tired,’ but everything came together today and I had a really good ride.”
