Hoy Bikes launches a new line "juniors" road bikes for 2014 – consisting of four models.

Given the small segment of the bike industry that’s dedicated to promoting young, aspiring racers, it’s refreshing to see a brand bearing the namesake of one of cycling’s top icons, carve a nice niche in an otherwise vacant category.
