Updated Site Offers Wheel Selector
Sandy, UT – Reynolds Cycling, a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of high performance bicycle wheels, launched a new website this week. The completely redesigned reynoldscycling.com includes an interactive wheel selector, an expanded customer support section and an improved dealer locator tool.
In the Wheels section, a new Interactive Wheel Selector helps guide riders to the correct set of Reynolds wheels for their preferred riding discipline and preferences. Clicking on a wheel opens a dedicated page with photographs, descriptions, MSRP, specs, reviews, and Owner’s Manuals.
"Whether someone needs a great pair of climbing wheels, or a set of wheels to improve their bike split, the Wheel Selector will guide them to what best suits their needs," said Rob Aguero, Reynolds’ Director of Sales and Marketing. "A lot of thought and development went into this section."

The Support section of the new website enables dealers and customers to submit a warranty claim online, purchase Reynolds Assurance Program crash replacement coverage, register their wheels, and locate a participating Reynolds Ride2Decide Dealer. FAQs, technical specs are also available.
Jimi Paulsen, Reynolds’ General Manager, described some of the upgrades, saying "Reynolds is committed to producing high quality products with exceptional customer service. The newly expanded support section will allow our customer service team to help riders get back on their bikes as quickly as possible. Whether our customers need a new set of brake pads, have a question, or are trying to decide which wheels are right for them, the site offers information and support in an easy-to-access format."
The upgraded dealer locator tool identifies both authorized dealers, and Ride2Decide dealers who offer Reynolds’ comprehensive test ride program. The URL of the site remains www.reynoldscycling.com.
