Each video features a structured workout focused on a particular training element such as speed, time trialing, climbing and more. The Sufferfest videos contain pro race video footage and instructions that feature The Sufferfest’s trademark brand of humor.
The videos can be played on a phone or tablet. Users with Apple mobile devices can stream the video to a TV monitor via Apple’s Airplay feature. Android users can connect their device to a TV with an HDMI cable.
