Mosaic Cycles Introduces New GT-1 iAR Titanium All-Road

Mosaic has expanded upon its award-winning, race-proven GT-1 AR (All-Road) platform with the launch of the GT-1 iAR, modernizing it for internal cable routing and tire clearance up to a hefty 40mm, as well as ENVE’s In-Route cockpit, offering a one bike solution for roadies and gravelers alike.

Consistent with the All-Road theme, the GT-1 iAR features geometry that’s closer to a road bike, using a relatively short 425mm chainstay and steeper head tube angle than your typical gravel bike design, resulting in faster, yet more stable handling traits, while also allowing for a broader range of tire choices to suit the terrain.

Naturally, the GT-1 iAR features Mosaic’s renowned double-butted titanium tubing that’s specifically selected for each rider per the bespoke brand’s Made-To-Order geometry, resulting in a precise fit for each client’s geometry requirements, handling preferences and riding aspirations.

Above Category’s founder Chad Nordwall has been putting the new GT-1 iAR to the test and finding new reasons to get out and log some big winter miles. To wit, “when I started this project, what I wanted was a purpose-built winter rain bike to put big road tires and fenders on for riding in inclement weather,” Nordwall says. “However, after building up my GT-1 iAR and taking it for a short shakeout ride I can already tell that this bike is going to be right at the front of the garage to be taken out on all my biggest rides. That being said, I’m still going to beat on it all winter.”

Pricing and Availability:

As with any Made-To-Order 1-Level Mosaic frameset, the GT-1 iAR is available exclusively through Mosaic’s dealer network for $8,300, which includes Frame, Fork, ENVE Integrated Stem, ENVE Seatpost and ENVE Integrated Headset.
