Back in 2008 David Trimble created the Red Hook Crit as a fun race to celebrate his own birthday, bringing together his bike racing friends. On April 29, 2017 the race celebrated its 10th Anniversary in Red Hook, Brooklyn NY.
What started out as an “outlaw” night race with 15 riders has turned into an international championship gathering over 500 athletes from 43 different countries.
