Scicon Unveils new Aerowing and Aeroshade Sunglasses

Scicon has unveiled two new sunglass models called the Aeroshade and the Aerowing, touting them as the “next generation” of eyewear.

“The new Aerowing and Aeroshade have their design deeply influenced by cycling and were developed in part to meet the needs of the riders of its three sponsored World Tour teams: UAE Team Emirates, Israel Start-Up Nation and NTT Pro Cycling. Of course, you don’t have to be a team member to benefit from the new designs, each one will be fully available for the rest of us to buy in an assortment of colors and lens options,” says Scicon.

The Aeroshade features a frame fitted with Scicon’s Horizon Adapt mechanism, the world’s first height-adjustable nose pad allowing cyclists to adapt the field of view to suit their preferred riding position, whereby simply pushing or pulling the nose of Horizon Adapt, they can adjust the lens position, allowing them to fully focus on performance with a clear view of the road. The Aeroshade also features a frame design that further increases the field of view by using the panoramic arch.

“The Aeroshade is an imposing performance style with an aesthetic return to classic cycling eyewear infused with modern technology,” adds Scicon.
