Le tour des Merveilles’ is a visual tribute to a wonderful sporting event, using the iconic periodic table as the framework.

Information is included on every Tour de France winning rider. The race was first staged in 1903. The race was the idea of Géo Lefèvre, a journalist with L’Auto magazine. He first discussed the race with his editor at the Taverne Zimmer, a restaurant on the Boulevard de Monmartre. His editor, Henri Desgrange, famously responded, “If I understand you, petit Géo, you’re proposing a Tour de France?”

The new print includes the winner of the 2015 Tour de France. The new edition will celebrate the 102 wonderful years of the Tour. I have also designed a version without Mr. Armstrong.

Each image is a high quality giclée print, on a luxurious heavy weight Hahnemühle fine art paper. The print size of the image is available in two sizes; 30*40cm or 40*50cm.

Prints can be personalized to include an additional cell as a super fan. Please email us BEFORE you order to confirm the first name initial, a surname and a year that you wish to include in your cell (e.g. fS, Sinatra, 1966). Otherwise the lovely standard print will be sent for your pleasure.

Prints will be sent in a strong postal tube. As each print is made individually, we aim to dispatch within five working days. We can deliver throughout Europe, the USA and other wonderful parts of the world. Please note that the print is unframed and not mounted. And as each image is individually printed, every print is unique.
