Strava Adds Automatic Uploads from Selected Cycling Studios Called Gym & Studio Sync

Strava has added a new feature to its popular cyclisng app, called Gym and Studio Sync, which allows users to upload their workouts from selected gyms and cycling studios.

Indeed, Strava’s launch partners include Flywheel Sports, an indoor cycling studio; Life Time, a chain of 127 fitness centers in the USA with cycling equipment and machines, Expresso, a brand of indoor bikes that are found in 3,000 gyms, and various other apps and locations.

This follows Strava’s partnership in 2016 with Peloton, the maker of a sophisticated indoor training bike that features on-screen workout programs and real-time data display.
