Wilier-Triestina Sells Minority Share to Swiss Stockholder

With the goal of boosting global sales, Wilier-Triestina has sold a minority share of its company to the Swiss stockholder Pamoja Capital, with proceeds from the sale being used to fund scholarships around the world and tackling climate change through The McCall MacBain Foundation.
