Sufferfest to Hold Training at UCI Cycling Center

If you do only one training camp in your life, let this be it. You’ve suffered with our videos at home – and now I want you to Suffer with us in person and become part of a Sufferlandrian National Team. Two years in the making, I’m still stunned that we can even offer this.

The fantasy of riding as part of a National Team is one we have all had, and now you can live it in a way that was never before possible. For the first time ever, the UCI World Cycling Center in Aigle, Switzerland – global headquarters for the UCI and the destination for elite national teams – will host our training camp from 14 to 21 June 2015.

I’d love for you to be there with me, Coach Neal Henderson, and the team from the UCI. Hurry – there are only 16 spots available on this incredible, luxury camp.

– David McQuillen, Sufferfest Founder & Chief Suffering Officer

FOUR REASONS YOU NEED TO BE HERE

LOCATION: THE UCI WORLD CYCLING CENTER AIGLE, SWITZERLAND

Located in the headquarters of the sport’s governing body, this is where the world’s National Cycling Teams and most promising talents come to train and learn. And so it’s only right that we’re there, too. The UCI World Cycling Center, in the Lake Geneva region town of Aigle, Switzerland is our base. The velodrome is where the current world hour record was recently set, there is a world-cup cyclocross circuit and the BMX track is a replica of Rio 2016. And look around: countless roads lead into the hills, mountains, down valleys and along rivers. It’s cycling paradise.

PROGRAM:  MAKING YOU A BETTER CYCLISTFOUR KEY ASPECTS TO EVERY DAY ON THE CAMP

Most camps are just about getting kilometers in legs. This is so much more. Our programme will not only get you fitter, but will make you a BETTER cyclist. We’ll be busy. Every day has four pillars: Fitness (endurance rides),Knowledge (classroom sessions), Skills (Track, BMX, Team Time Trial and other on-bike practice) and Insights(exclusive, gourmet dinners with cycling insiders from the UCI and beyond).

STAFF: COACHES TO THE WORLD’S BEST CYCLISTSUNPRECEDENTED ACCESS TO ELITE COACHING & SUPPORT

You may not be an Olympic Medallist or World Champion, or anywhere near it, but we’re giving you access to that level of coaching. Your Sufferlandrian National Team coach will be none other than Neal Henderson, founder of APEX Coaching, designer of many Sufferfest workouts, and coach of pro cyclists Taylor Phinney, Rohan Dennis, Evelyn Stevens and others. You’ll also have access to UCI World Cycling Center coaches from Road, Track, BMX and Cyclocross as well as specialists from areas like Nutrition.  Sufferfest CEO David McQuillen will be your host for the entire week and the team from Brevet.cc will provide brilliant on-the-road support and guides. You deserve nothing less.

EXPERIENCE: YOU ARE A NATIONAL TEAM MEMBERYOU’RE A STAR – IT’S TIME YOU WERE TREATED LIKE ONE

This is the pro experience you deserve. Not only will you have world-class coaches at your beck-and-call, but you’ll be given national team kit, casual wear and accessories. Team support vehicles will be fully decked out in Sufferlandrian National Team livery. Massages, great accommodation and meals with cycling insiders will ensure proper recovery. Did we mention the VIP access to the Tour of Switzerland?
