Already revered as being one of the lightest, if not the lightest, road helmets on the market, MET has taken its flagship Sine Thesis helmet, and put safety on par with comfort and weight.

Using their Nightlights technology, MET has created what they’re calling, the first bicycle helmet to incorporate luminescent material into the design of its exoskeleton, strap divider and retention dial.

According to MET, its Nightlights material is designed to absorb light during the day, which can later be used to emit light up to two hours when its dark – for added visibility and safety during night riding.

In addition to the Highlights technology, MET’s Safe-T Advanced LED Light has been added to the Sine Thesis retention system, which MET claims is  visibility up to 500 meters.

The Sine Thesis also features reflective decals and logos at the front, back and sides, to include reflective straps.

What’s widely been considered as one of the lightest and most comfortable helmets available, the Sine Thesis may every well be regarded as one of the safest now.
